1.) Can I return my order? 

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with the scent of the candle, please reach out to us.

2.) Where are your candles made?

3.) My candle arrived damaged.

In the rare event that your candle arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement. Please contact us within 10 days with photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label to initiate the replacement process. You will be responsible for return shipping.
